Define your community context and challenge/opportunity

My community context is the ocean environment and habitat of Hawaii. My challenge is to find a way to help reduce pollution that goes into the oceans of Hawaii whether it be littering or dumping waste into the oceans. Koko Marina could be a main focus and target about how we affect the ocean in Hawaii.
